Check required ESM/ESP files and DLC in the mod manager. Review load order; back up the profile and save.
Common problems and next checks
SKSE / DLL / runtime mismatch
Match SKSE, Address Library and DLL plugins to the exact game executable version. Store SE/AE labels alone are insufficient.

Test a new save in a separate profile. Do not remove scripted mods from an existing save without author instructions.
These symptoms are hypotheses until confirmed by logs and a repeatable test. Preserve saves and change one variable at a time.
