1. License The user receives a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and use CRASQ for private game diagnostics, monitoring and safe configuration testing. No copyright ownership or right to distribute modified packages as official releases is granted.
2. Software status CRASQ One 1.0 Stable 19102026 provides game diagnostics on Windows x64. Stable identifies the release channel; it does not guarantee defect-free operation. Diagnostic results are evidence-based hypotheses with stated confidence. CRASQ does not guarantee detection or repair of every problem.
3. Guardian, backups and reversibility Guardian creates a snapshot and, where supported, a backup before a change. Repair Lab should test one reversible change at a time. Large save or mod directories may require hundreds of megabytes and take longer to copy. Users should maintain independent backups and must not interrupt write, migration or restore operations.
4. Accounts, Cloud and telemetry CRASQ Account, Live Chat, Community Intelligence retrieval and optional telemetry are separate features. Guardian and core local functionality work without an account. Live Chat is available only to signed-in users; messages are visible to other signed-in users and may display the account role. Illegal content, spam, impersonation and harassment are prohibited. Moderators may remove content that violates the rules.
Players can confirm or correct session outcomes with telemetry disabled as well. Smart may record an apparently clean exit as an automatic observation without prompting. This is not player-confirmed stability or a verified repair. Uncertain and conflicting exits require confirmation; no answer does not grant Trusted Good. Sending outcomes to the cloud requires separate telemetry consent.
5. Acceptable use Users may not bypass security controls, access another person's data, overload the API, impersonate an official distribution, remove legal notices or use CRASQ unlawfully.
6. Third-party services CRASQ is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve, Steam, or publishers of analyzed games and mods. Names and marks belong to their owners.
7. Updates The installer can be downloaded from the website. When the operator publishes a signed release, the app can download and verify the installer; launching it requires separate user confirmation. Installing a newer version requires closing CRASQ and user action. Local data are stored separately from program files. SHA-256 detects file changes but does not independently authenticate the publisher. The RSA-SHA256 signed-manifest updater needs configuration and separate testing before public activation. A rollback snapshot does not guarantee automatic recovery of every version. Preview is for optional early testing after access verification.
8. Liability To the extent permitted by law, the creator is not liable for damage caused by using the software contrary to instructions, interrupting an operation, manually altering backups or third-party software. Statutory rights and liability that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
9. Ending use Users may uninstall CRASQ, disable Cloud and telemetry, remove local data and export or delete an account. Account deletion also removes associated Live Chat messages. Uninstallation preserves LocalAppData/CRASQ; removing these local data requires a separate deliberate action.
10. Contact Questions about CRASQ, licensing or privacy: support@crasq.com. Current documents are available in Privacy Center.
Acceptance applies to the license terms. The Privacy Policy is provided for information; displaying it and accepting the EULA do not enable telemetry or grant consent for all processing purposes. Telemetry can be enabled and disabled separately in Settings.
11. Channels and additional features Stable is the public release channel. Preview / Beta requires the relevant entitlement and may include experimental features. PRO remains in testing; this release does not enable sales or automatic payments. THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt describes third-party components and their licenses. Nothing in these terms restricts mandatory statutory rights.
