Bannerlord loading crash: how to collect useful evidence

Record the circumstances
Write down the game version and whether the crash occurs at startup, while loading a save or when entering a scene. Keep the active mod list, versions and order. A crash alone does not identify a responsible mod.
Protect the working state
Back up saves and configuration before changes. Do not randomly remove DLLs or mods from an ongoing campaign. Check version requirements and compatibility documented by the mod authors.
Collect evidence from one session
Run CRASQ monitoring and reproduce the issue. Review Session Truth and Crash Center after the session. Match logs to its time window; an old error does not confirm a new crash.
Compare one change at a time
If you have a reversible hypothesis, change one item and record the result. Compare the same scene and mod set. One successful launch is not a guarantee of a lasting fix.
